Nolan Linderman

Hi, my name is Nolan Linderman. I am currently a 3rd-year student studying Mechanical Engineering Technology, where my focus is on internal combustion engines and vehicle dynamics. The Moto Bureau is a place for me to share some of my work and thoughts on related subjects. You can contact me here.

I have always been fascinated with engines and vehicles, so much so that I spend almost all of my free time studying and tinkering in the subject and have had the opportunity to work on some interesting projects. I hope to share some of these projects on here to connect with others.

My current focus is in internal combustion engines, where I have been developing a asymmetric exhaust port/valve 2-stroke architecture. This process has led me to develop a lot of my own tools in the process, which has gone hand in hand with forming foundational knowledge necessary to continue the project.

Past this, I love working with my hands, with metal fabrication being a constant pursuit of mine. I have also had the opportunity to restore a 1971 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia from the ground up, including rebuilding the engine, wiring, and bodywork. My current project is fixing up a 1991 Yamaha FZR600.
